We are so excited to welcome Kate Dryden to our 2nd Grade Team.
Kate's family is currently living in Reno, Nevada, but they have lived in many places including both the east and west coast and even abroad. She is the second oldest of five and loves spending time with her family!
Her favorite hobbies include hiking, rock climbing, camping, painting and baking! She loves the colors pink and green and her favorite way to spend the night is going out for frozen yogurt!
Here's what Kate has to say about teaching:
"One of the reasons I love teaching is because of the many things I have learned from children. Kids are naturally creative, quick problem-solvers, kind, and eager to learn. I hope to shape my own life to reflect these same qualities."
